Viewing All Students and Their Login Info

All Students Page

Student related information and options are available by accessing the Students section of the Dashboard. This shows:

a. Your teacher Linking Code, which students can enter on their "Teachers" tab to join your roster.

b. Printable student cards and parent letters.

c. A list of all of the students on your roster.

Viewing All of Your Student Names, Usernames and Passwords

Viewing student passwords can be extremely useful, especially when using Kandoolu with young children; who might often forget them. Extensive discussions with teachers suggested that direct access to student passwords would be the easiest way to get a Quiz (particularly in-class) started when one or more students cannot sign in because of this.

To view student names, usernames and passwords, simply go to Students in the Dashboard. Check the Show Usernames and Passwords box. You will now see each student’s username and password listed directly under their name. You can also use the search box to find students quickly.

Tip- Anytime you see a student name in Kandoolu, you can click on it to access their full student profile.

Printing Student Account Info and Parent Letters

a. To print account info, click the Student Cards button. This will download a pdf file that contains cards with the student's name, username, password, and Kandoolu URL for each student in your class. If you want to print cards for individual student groups, you can click this button from the student group page.

b. To print letters that you can send home to parents regarding Kandoolu, click Parent Letters. This will download a pdf file that contains a one page Kandoolu summary with student usernames, passwords, and the Kandoolu URL so that parents can have access to their child's account. If you want to letters for individual student groups, you can click this button from the student group page.
