Student Groups

To facilitate more organized and efficient Quizzes, Kandoolu allows teachers to create Student Groups. To view existing groups, go to My Groups in the left side menu.

Creating a New Group

To create a Group, simply go to the My Groups page and click Create a New Student Group.

Next, give your Group a name and enter a brief description. Click Add Students to proceed.

Adding/Removing Students to/from a Group

Students need to be added to your roster before being part of a group. (See Linking Students to a Teacher Account) You can add students either after having created a new Group (as shown above) or later. To add students later, go to My Groups, click the group name then click Add Students (or Add or Remove Students)

(1) Type your student’s name in the Search box or find it in the list below. You can search by first name, last name, or username. (2) Click Add next to their name to add the student to the group. (3) Click Finished when ready.

Click Remove next to the student’s name to remove the student from the group.

Viewing Groups

When on the main Groups page, click on a group to view the students in it. From here you can:

a. Edit the name

b. Add/Remove Students

c. Search for students

d. Choose to Show Usernames and Passwords

e. Print Student Cards and/or Parent Letters

Deleting a Group

To delete a group, go to My Groups and click the group you would like to delete. Click Delete this Group at the bottom of the page, then confirm by clicking Yes.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that this cannot be undone!
