Recovering your Username/Password
If you have forgotten your Kandoolu username or password, there are two ways to get them back:
Method 1: Ask your Teacher
If you need to use Kandoolu in class and you don’t remember your username and/or password, the easiest way is to ask your teacher. To make it easy for you to recover them, your teachers have access to these details and can give them to you right away.
Method 2: Receive an email with your lost login details
*NOTE: THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED AN EMAIL ADDRESS IN KANDOOLU
1. Go to app.kandoolu.com
2. Click Forgot your password? Then follow steps (a.) and/or (b.) depending on what information you need in order to access your account successfully.
a. Forgot Password: If you have forgotten your password, insert your username in the Username box. Then click Reset Password and follow the directions. We will email you a link that allows you to enter a new password. (If your registered email belongs to a parent/guardian, please ask them to find the message we sent and reset your password.)
b. Forgot Username: If you have forgotten your username, click on Forgot your username? Enter your email address in the box provided. Then click Retrieve Username. We will email your username to you directly. (If your registered email belongs to a parent/guardian, please ask them to find the message we sent and give you your username.)
